Welcome to the Science Zone!

Hello all and welcome to my blog! This blog will be the place for everything science related, from extra help in my science classes, to questions from parents, or just for those of you that are curious about our natural world. As a science teacher I am always finding that people are always interested in some aspect of scientific discovery and I hope this blog can be just another avenue to ask questions, discuss solutions to problems, and exchange ideas. Once again, nice of you to stop by to read my blog and hopefully you'll be back.

hi, mr riccardo this christopher Picon and i just read the article about th sea monster.it relly caught my attention because i always tought sea monster weren't real even though the article said that it was atype of dinosaur. the sea monnster was 8.5ft long and was burry 200ft under ground and found in 1994. according to the article it saids that the sea monster is named Plesiosaurs. they were carnivorous reptiles that rule the seas between about 205 million to 65 million years ago.this what the article is about. thanks for posting a cool story. you are the best science teacher.

Mr. Riccardo,
I read the article on narwhals and how they were an endangered species. My opinion is that polar bears are being affected more by global warming than narwhals. I think this because the ice is melting and they cannot survive in the water as the narwhals do.
